Player: Hide outside full screen too; fits the screen from a phone to 4K

The Hide button (hide this one, go to the next) is in the player's controls in or out of full screen, and the title and queue place show over the picture when arriving from a play queue either way.

The player's page isn't held to 1400px: the picture grows to fill the screen's height (16:9 with the controls in view), so a 4K screen gets a large one; never narrower than before. The controls' text grows with the screen (buttons sized in em). On a phone the picture is edge to edge, the controls wrap as groups (quality, audio and subtitles on a row of their own), and the height uses dvh so iPhone Safari's toolbars aren't counted. iOS, which ignores a page's volume, shows Mute without the slider.
