Carry user data

acalcuttrequested to merge
carry-user-data into main
  • deploy/carry-user-data.sql: lists, favorites and watch history after a move
  • carry-user-data.sql: plain SQL, so DB Browser for SQLite runs it too
  • deploy/export-user-data.sql: export lists and watch history, import anywhere
  • 4K HDR on Intel Arc: scale on the GPU, tone-map the 1080p copy
  • Auto remembers a stalled original and stops going back to it
  • Play after a long pause starts a new stream when the old one is gone
  • Quick Sync: force IDR keyframes, so segments are 4 s long
  • Change stream without stopping: the new one takes over when ready
  • A stream failing in the last stretch of a film is its end
  • A 1440p level between 1080p and 4K
  • Blu-ray (PGS) subtitles drawn in the browser, tracks kept ahead of time
  • Full screen on a phone: hide the controls, and a tap only brings them back
